Business Development Manager

£48,000 - £60,000

Location: Midlands (Remote/Home-Based)

Our client, a leading national distributor of Solar PV, Inverters, Battery Storage, and EV Chargers requires an experienced Business Development Manager to cover territory in the Midlands. You’ll grow existing accounts and generate new business by leveraging your commercial and residential connections in the solar installation market.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with installers and key buyers.
• Promote products and the added value of training, technical support, and design services.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
• Manage your own diary, pipeline, and weekly sales reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ renewable energy sales experience (distributor experience preferred).
• Technical understanding of Solar PV and battery storage.
• UK driving license with willingness to travel.
• Confident, professional, and personable.
