The Regional Sales Engineer is an experienced sales professional that works to develop new and existing relationships and expand sales revenue within a targeted geographic area. The focus will be on developing a pipeline with a mixture of new and existing consultants and contractors, to deliver bespoke customer-driven solutions for competitive advantage through product differentiation. There will be a focus on the Education, Healthcare, Service and Leisure sectors, where our client has a specialism with company experts who offer support and knowledge.
Responsibilities will include prospecting new business development; maintaining relationships with key accounts; negotiate customer contracts and monitor competitor activity within accounts; achieve assigned sales KPIs & sales targets.
Developing existing customers - Grow accounts already interacting with our client and use account planning as a way of understanding where any gaps are and what actions can be taken to further develop the user experience.
Prospecting new business - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Increase market share of our client with new Mechanical consultants and M+E Contractors, within their regional area.
